Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts concluded via meteoacademy.com between WeLytics GmbH, Haselweg 1, 8500 Frauenfeld (hereinafter “Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter “Customer”).

A contract is formed upon registration and payment for a course. By registering, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

The Provider grants the Customer access to the purchased online course content. Access is provided via a personal user account and is non-transferable.

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payment is due in advance using the available payment methods.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the paid term.

Lifetime access: Lifetime access is granted for an indefinite period as long as the platform is in operation.

The Customer receives a right of use for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content is protected by copyright. Sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

The Provider's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence (Art. 100 Swiss Code of Obligations). Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP). See the Provider's Privacy Policy.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to the Customer by email and are deemed accepted unless objected to within 30 days.

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Frauenfeld, Switzerland.
